The spacious apartment is cut in a way that ensures that absolutely everyone can enjoy plenty of personal space, which is necessary for a wonderful holiday experience.
In most farms in South Tyrol it is the cosy kitchens, where most of everyday life takes place. And the apartment Alpe di Siusi at the Tirlerhof makes no exception. Here you can cook, eat and talk together – the kitchen is the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen naturally also features all modern comforts.
The highlight of our apartment Alpe di Siusi is surely the large panoramic balcony. The view on Mount Sciliar is breathtaking and will boost every morning the joy of spending another fantastic day in the picturesque landscape of the Alpe di Siusi. Upon request, the Jaider family will serve you a healthy and rich power breakfast, so you can explore the surrounding nature full of energy and vitality.

Sweet dreams and a healthy sleep

The bedrooms in the holiday apartment Castelrotto are all blissful oases of peace. In the apartment there is room for six or seven people; thus it is an ideal accommodation for families or groups. The soft duvets in the three bedrooms and the fresh mountain air promise a healthy and restful sleep, so the next morning you will be ready for new adventures in the mountains of the Dolomites.

Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

For each additional person we charge 15 € / night.

The price includes: fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV with radio, electricity and heating, bread service, garage parking, as well as all fees and taxes, except for the local price.

The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of the stay in the municipality (€ 2,50 per person and day from 14 years).

For your four-legged family members we charge 5€ per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100€ per week has been paid. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Payment: Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 2.999,99 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 2:00pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 2:00pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00am. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code)

The reservation can be canceled at the latest 40 days before the arrival date without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made by the guest in the period between the 39th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the latter is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation no later than 35 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 35 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
